Requirements

  • Strong financial acumen (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily and weekly interactions with clients regarding operational performance.
  • Coordinate document development for client meetings and governance sessions.
  • Identify and present potential risks to clients to establish suitable action plans.
  • Conduct presentations and negotiations with key client-side stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction for delivered services.
  • Negotiate and integrate new scopes within managed processes.
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for issue escalation and resolution.
  • Drive transformation initiatives and negotiate productivity clauses.
  • Lead team huddles to align with customer priorities.
