Requirements
- Proven experience in team management.
- Previous experience leading transformation and efficiency projects.
- Strong organizational skills with ability in budget monitoring and control.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Insurance industry knowledge (preferred).
- Strong financial acumen (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily and weekly interactions with clients regarding operational performance.
- Coordinate document development for client meetings and governance sessions.
- Identify and present potential risks to clients to establish suitable action plans.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations with key client-side stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction for delivered services.
- Negotiate and integrate new scopes within managed processes.
- Act as a secondary point of contact for issue escalation and resolution.
- Drive transformation initiatives and negotiate productivity clauses.
- Lead team huddles to align with customer priorities.
