Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
  • Practical experience with Clari.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience building scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data models.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence decision-making and manage cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing evolving priorities while maintaining a focus on operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesloft, Qualified, or Amplemarket is highly valued.
  • Experience working with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with EMEA Go-to-Market leadership to identify operational improvements and align revenue operations initiatives with business priorities.
  • Optimize end-to-end revenue processes across the customer lifecycle, ensuring efficient collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Improve and manage the Revenue Operations technology ecosystem by collaborating with systems teams to optimize CRM and GTM platforms.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, forecasting tools, and operational insights that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Enhance GTM execution through improvements to lead routing, segmentation, territory planning, account assignments, and performance tracking.
  • Lead strategic cross-functional projects, including process redesigns, technology implementations, and new GTM initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact.
  • Establish and promote best practices for CRM data quality, governance, and ongoing database health.
  • Support strategic planning activities such as territory design, headcount planning, revenue forecasting, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Drive adoption of Revenue Operations tools and processes by creating scalable documentation, enablement resources, and operational best practices.
