Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM operations role within SaaS or high-growth tech companies
  • Proven experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to drive measurable revenue outcomes
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce administration, CRM management, and integrated GTM tech stacks
  • Experience designing and optimizing revenue processes that improve efficiency, predictability, and scalability
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Looker, CRM reporting systems, or similar BI platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects from design to implementation and adoption
  • Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills in complex environments
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable business decisions
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM leadership to design and execute revenue strategies that improve conversion rates, shorten sales cycles, and increase revenue performance
  • Define and manage territory structures, account segmentation, and rules of engagement across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments
  • Lead forecasting processes and pipeline inspection cadences to ensure accuracy, visibility, and actionable insights for leadership
  • Design and continuously improve end-to-end revenue processes across marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure scalability and alignment
  • Own the GTM tech stack, ensuring data integrity, system integration, automation, and reliable reporting across platforms
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into key KPIs such as pipeline health, bookings, churn, and expansion
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to connect product usage data with commercial performance insights
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives such as system migrations, pricing changes, and GTM launches, ensuring successful adoption and execution
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to leadership on pricing, packaging, and revenue optimization strategies
