Requirements
- 5+ years in performance marketing, growth, or demand generation roles.
- Proven experience with paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Reddit).
- Experience with lifecycle marketing and referral programs.
- Technical proficiency in building and managing workflows in HubSpot.
- Experience with automation tools such as Make, N8N, or similar.
- Strong grasp of B2B growth dynamics and full-funnel lead-to-closed-won processes.
- Strong business ownership mindset with ability to define strategy and analyze metrics.
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage experiments in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the acquisition engine to turn paid, outbound, and lifecycle channels into a consistent source of qualified pipeline.
- Generate a consistent flow of SQLs and inbound/outbound leads.
- Launch new growth initiatives to drive net new revenue.
- Collaborate with Sales and BDR teams to align growth efforts and improve conversion rates.
- Define strategy, implement initiatives, and analyze performance metrics for acquisition channels.
