Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in growth marketing or demand generation at a high-growth SaaS startup.
- Expertise in building high-performing, scalable email and cross-channel growth campaigns.
- Experience with experimentation and comfort with data analysis (e.g., on-chain transaction data, user engagement metrics).
- Proven track record of uniting customer data, segments, channels, creative, content, and offers to drive business outcomes.
- Proficiency in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement.
- Experience working with marketing operations to set up and optimize growth programs.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Clay, or similar platforms.
- Passion for blockchain technology and familiarity with DeFi, trad-fi, or cross-chain analytics is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Establish growth marketing as a repeatable, scalable engine across geos, audiences, and channels.
- Build growth marketing into a core capability, integrated with audience marketing to deliver high-performing campaigns.
- Develop scalable, automated campaign journeys to deliver triggered static and dynamic content.
- Create testing and optimization frameworks to explore new segments and improve conversion metrics like demo bookings and ARR.
- Deepen understanding of Web3 customer behavior to refine segmentation and enhance engagement across touchpoints.
