- Skilled in monitoring and reporting on growth KPIs like CAC, LTV, and retention.
- Ability to build and maintain data dashboards to track performance.
- Strong research skills for identifying new growth channels and tactics.
- Ability to communicate complex findings and recommendations to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral channels.
- Identify, prioritize, and test growth hypotheses using structured frameworks (e.g., ICE, PIE scoring).
- Manage and optimize performance marketing channels including paid social, paid search, email, and SEO.
- Analyze funnel data to identify conversion bottlenecks and develop strategies to address them.
- Own A/B testing programs across landing pages, ad creative, onboarding flows, and email sequences.
- Collaborate with product, content, and creative teams to execute cross-functional growth initiatives.
- Monitor and report on growth KPIs including CAC, LTV, retention rates, and funnel conversion metrics.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key growth metrics and experiment results.
- Research and implement new growth channels, tools, and tactics.
- Present experiment findings and growth insights to leadership with clear recommendations.
