Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data-driven, AI, B2B, deep tech, or developer tools marketing.
- Proven track record running full-funnel demand with measurable pipeline impact.
- Proficiency with APIs, automation tools, and data workflows including Python, Claude, and Haystack.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on testing hypotheses and proving value.
- Deep understanding of technical audiences and business buyer personas.
- Familiarity with ICP mapping, value-based messaging, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with tools: Clay, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Webflow, and intent analytics (e.g., Reo.dev).
Responsibilities
- Own pipeline from awareness to opportunity across inbound and outbound channels.
- Connect Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn to power personalized customer journeys with revenue attribution.
- Build AI-assisted workflows for campaign creation, messaging, and segmentation using deepset's own platform.
- Conduct high-tempo experimentation across web, paid, email, social, and events to scale effective playbooks.
- Maintain tight feedback loops with Leadership, Sales, Product, DevRel, and RevOps to refine ICP activation.
