- Ability to drive customer workshops focused on solution design.
- Native English fluency with outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Strong network of contacts in the warehousing industry is a plus.
- High ambition and a relentless drive for success.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing startup environment.
- Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own sales opportunities in Spain, Italy, and Portugal from initial identification to closing.
- Guide customers through the adoption journey, including meetings, warehouse visits, and contract negotiations.
- Represent company products, services, and culture with customers.
- Develop collaborations with partners to identify new opportunities.
- Map and analyze key prospects to develop effective sales tactics and strategies.
- Support or lead upsell efforts for existing customers.
- Represent the company at industry trade fairs and marketing events.
- Proactively suggest improvements to sales funnel activities to increase conversion rates.
