Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in talent operations, HR operations, recruiting coordination, or a closely related role.
- Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with Greenhouse experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones with high accuracy.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities to build repeatable and scalable processes.
- Experience supporting HR or people operations programs like onboarding, offboarding, benefits, or performance management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
- Clear, professional written communication skills.
- Must be based in the EST to PST timezones.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling across all stages including hiring manager screens, technical screens, and on-site loops using Greenhouse.
- Design and document the coordination operating model, including intake processes, turnaround SLAs, and calendar management standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and interviewers, managing scheduling complexity across a global team.
- Support offer letter generation, onboarding documentation, and the transition of candidates to new joiners.
- Contribute to people operations projects such as compensation cycles, performance management, engagement surveys, benefits open enrollment, and HR administration.
- Maintain data integrity across the ATS and HRIS through regular audits and reporting.
