- Lead recruiting and talent acquisition strategy to source, attract, and close exceptional candidates.
- Manage people operations end-to-end, building scalable processes for the employee lifecycle.
- Own benefits administration and total rewards strategy.
- Design and execute employee onboarding and offboarding experiences.
- Ensure HR compliance with standards such as HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, HITRUST, and ISO 27001.
- Steward organizational culture through team events and engagement.
- Design and operate performance management review cycles.
- Handle employee relations and serve as a confidential resource.
- Manage the HRIS and people operations technology stack including ATS and analytics.
- Drive workforce planning and headcount budgeting.
