Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Salesforce administration, preferably in sales or RevOps environments.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I strongly preferred.
- Deep declarative expertise: Flow, validation rules, permission sets, sharing/security models, and data design.
- Working developer fluency in Apex (triggers, classes, async/batch) and building Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with AI-first development workflows (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
- Hands-on experience with sales tooling categories including call recording and outbound sequencing.
- Integration experience managing data sync between Salesforce and iPaaS layers.
- Proven track record of leading multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Clear communication and technical leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer call recording, sequencing, and data enrichment platforms end-to-end including user setup and automations.
- Design and ship solutions using Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and permission-based security.
- Write lightweight Apex code and build Lightning Web Components for custom UI requirements.
- Manage data integrity and system health between Salesforce and connected GTM tools.
- Partner with sales leadership and RevOps to build scalable outbound workflows and automation.
- Mentor junior admins and serve as an escalation point for complex tooling issues.
- Drive evaluation, selection, and implementation of new GTM tooling.
