Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce, with hands-on experience across both configuration and development/customisation.
- Strong experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers.
- Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong experience with asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future, Scheduled).
- Proficiency in writing unit tests and ensuring robust code quality and coverage.
Responsibilities
- Own and support the GoDaddy CRM on Salesforce, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to design and deliver scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Build and enhance solutions using configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Drive automation, data quality, reporting, and continuous optimisation of processes, user experience, and platform adoption.
- Support onboarding, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior team members while promoting best practices.
