Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce, with hands-on experience across both configuration and development/customisation.
  • Strong experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers.
  • Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong experience with asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future, Scheduled).
  • Proficiency in writing unit tests and ensuring robust code quality and coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Own and support the GoDaddy CRM on Salesforce, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to design and deliver scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Build and enhance solutions using configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Drive automation, data quality, reporting, and continuous optimisation of processes, user experience, and platform adoption.
  • Support onboarding, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior team members while promoting best practices.
