Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of information technology experience.
- At least 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Extensive experience with Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, JavaScript, and Lightning Design System.
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and customization across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, Knowledge, and Salesforce Lightning migrations.
- Experience developing integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Experience with DevOps tools including Git, Jenkins, JIRA, ANT Migration Tool, Change Sets, and Force.com IDE.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in technical projects, code reviews, and mentoring.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and declarative platform capabilities.
- Lead Salesforce application architecture, technical design, and development efforts across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, and Knowledge.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing support to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues while optimizing application performance.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, analyze user stories, and contribute to technical requirements and estimation.
- Mentor junior developers and promote Salesforce development best practices and DevOps processes.
