Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of relevant Salesforce project experience.
- Deep expertise in Live chat setup, Einstein Bot, and Omni Channel setup.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Python, and JavaScript (OOP/Functional programming).
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Mulesoft.
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and automation best practices.
- Experience with GitHub for version control.
- Strong technical knowledge in data modeling and cloud platform development.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Understand and define business requirements to drive platform improvements.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions.
- Collaborate with the Business/Product team through regular action log meetings.
- Manage progress and documentation using JIRA and GitHub.
- Bridge the gap between development and business stakeholders.
- Provide periodic on-call support for incident management and troubleshooting.
- Recommend optimal technical solutions and articulate trade-offs.
