Requirements

- Strong experience building scalable, production-grade systems.

- Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Interest in or experience with AI, LLMs, or workflow automation.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity.
- Clear communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build scalable solutions across Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
- Design clean, maintainable systems using reusable patterns.
- Own integrations with external systems via APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Drive code quality through testing, CI/CD, and modern development practices.
- Design and deploy AI-powered workflows to automate complex internal processes.
- Build agentic systems that coordinate actions across tools, data, and workflows.
- Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to scale AI capabilities.
