Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, business intelligence, or GTM operations.
- Demonstrated ownership of insight products consumed by senior leadership.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI and Large Language Model (LLM)-based tools.
- Understanding of AI governance and business-context implementation.
- Track record of translating data into actionable executive decisions.
- Experience building and developing teams of analysts or technical contributors.
- Proven ability to operate in greenfield, ambiguous environments.
- Cross-functional credibility with VP- and C-suite stakeholders.
- Familiarity with GTM data stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake, dbt, Looker) preferred.
- Experience with enterprise sales motion and revenue forecasting preferred.
- Experience at a B2B SaaS or security company preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision for 1Password's GTM intelligence infrastructure.
- Translate data from CRM, marketing, product, and finance into curated insight products for senior leadership.
- Own the deployment and change management for the GTM AI agent platform.
- Serve as a senior thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leaders.
- Represent the intelligence function in executive forums including board and QBR meetings.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of GTM Engineers.
- Develop organizational capacity for AI-driven insights and analytical rigor.
