Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or related fields.
- Deep experience in B2B SaaS revenue models and SMB go-to-market motions.
- Proven track record of improving GTM funnel performance and revenue outcomes.
- Strong technical acumen in Salesforce, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools.
- Expertise in establishing prioritization frameworks for competing initiatives.
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional operations and analytics teams.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and driving process adoption.
Responsibilities
- Own the acquisition funnel performance from lead to closed won.
- Manage the performance and evolution of the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce and engagement tools.
- Define and manage operating rhythms including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and MBRs.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team across Operations and Systems.
- Design and optimize GTM processes, workflows, and handoffs to improve scalability.
- Translate funnel data and insights into actionable business strategy.
