Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or related fields.
  • Deep experience in B2B SaaS revenue models and SMB go-to-market motions.
  • Proven track record of improving GTM funnel performance and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong technical acumen in Salesforce, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools.
  • Expertise in establishing prioritization frameworks for competing initiatives.
  • Experience leading and managing cross-functional operations and analytics teams.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and driving process adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Own the acquisition funnel performance from lead to closed won.
  • Manage the performance and evolution of the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce and engagement tools.
  • Define and manage operating rhythms including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and MBRs.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team across Operations and Systems.
  • Design and optimize GTM processes, workflows, and handoffs to improve scalability.
  • Translate funnel data and insights into actionable business strategy.
