Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of experience in GTM systems working with sales, onboarding, and customer success teams.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce depth and architectural knowledge.
- Proven experience building CRM/GTM infrastructure for new business lines within larger organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business needs into concrete system requirements.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills for collaboration with field teams, engineers, and leadership.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and manage messy data.
- Experience with AI-powered GTM tools, marketplace platforms, or SQL (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution and operationalization of systems and tools supporting supply-side strategies.
- Own communication regarding program progress and project roadmaps.
- Partner with revenue operations and field teams to define critical support systems.
- Support business teams in driving technical implementations for strategic goals.
- Manage the portfolio of technical work and vendor partnerships to execute the roadmap.
- Prioritize team requests against company goals and provide project visibility.
