Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise data integration.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Informatica administration (IDMC/IICS or PowerCenter).
- Deep expertise in IDMC/IICS, PowerCenter, EDC, MDM, IDQ, and Axon.
- Proficiency with data integration patterns including batch, real-time, CDC, and API-based.
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or BigQuery.
- Familiarity with enterprise security standards: SAML/SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and encryption.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DataOps practices for Informatica.
- Working knowledge of scripting languages like Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and communicate technical concepts to executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for the Informatica platform estate, ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategy.
- Establish and maintain Informatica governance practices including naming conventions, deployment policies, and operational guardrails.
- Partner with data platform and product owners to prioritize Informatica enhancements and capacity expansion.
- Oversee administration of all Informatica environments, including secure agent management, user provisioning, and connection management.
- Lead Informatica upgrade, hotfix, and patching activities across PowerCenter and IDMC pods.
- Enforce security standards including SAML/SSO, RBAC, and data masking policies.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for Informatica platform issues, balancing stability with business priorities.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to Informatica administrators and developers.
