Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role.
- In-depth knowledge of US Payment gateway products such as FedNow, RTP, ACH, Fedwire, or Zelle.
- Proven experience in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and creating functional and non-functional specifications.
- Technical experience working with API and/or cloud-based product offerings.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and presenting insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of the full product development lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across FedNow, RTP, Fedwire, Zelle and ACH product lines to support end-to-end delivery.
- Partner with the business to initiate and support the build of future products, such as Zelle, Fedwire and ACH gateways.
- Partner with cross-functional Engineering teams to translate product vision into actionable requirements.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the US payments product suite for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyse the impact of product changes and enhancements, shaping and documenting requirements for continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, creating functional and non-functional specifications, and analysing data.
