Requirements

  • Working knowledge of US CFTC based derivative products, including event-based contracts.
  • Strong understanding of market design and structure.
  • Proven experience building out US derivative trading products for institutional or retail clients.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-impact products.
  • Familiarity with flow of funds within parties engaging with US derivatives and crypto spot products.
  • Minimum of 1 year of product management experience in crypto, forex, or brokerage industries, preferably with derivative-focused offerings.
  • Strong knowledge of global crypto derivative offerings across traditional markets and crypto-native CeFi and DeFi.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assume ownership of the prediction markets and event-based contracts product roadmap, functional design and competitive strategy.
  • Lead relevant working groups including front-end applications and APIs from ideation to product launch.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance and other product managers to manage priorities and balance stakeholder needs.
  • Contribute to the development of the strategy, roadmap, and business plan for prediction markets, event based contracts and other US derivative products.
  • Perform market research to gain industry insights.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing to ensure engineering deliverables meet documented requirements.
  • Manage engagement with customers and various external parties.
  • Promote a data-driven culture using analytics and experimentation.
