Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience building or maintaining enterprise security products.
- Strong understanding of security configuration management concepts, including hardening methodologies and drift management.
- Experience with active device profiling, discovery methods, and agentless assessment approaches.
- Knowledge of how configuration policy engines evaluate device state against security frameworks.
- Ability to prioritize and surface policy violations and drift events for operator action.
- Understanding of compliance reporting workflows for IEC 62443, NERC CIP, NIS2, and NIST SP 800-82.
- Exceptional analytical skills for extracting insights from complex data.
- Technical fluency with APIs, data models, asset graphs, and backend workflows.
- Ability to communicate product requirements and business rationales to Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Evolve the product vision and strategy for Security Configuration Management (SCM) across xOT environments.
- Translate customer needs and compliance mandates into a quarter-over-quarter product roadmap.
- Define and manage the configuration policy engine, mapping device states to frameworks like IEC 62443, CIS Benchmarks, NIST SP 800-82, and NERC CIP.
- Partner with engineering to ensure accurate device profiling, configuration baseline management, and enrichment pipelines.
- Engage with customers to discover and validate use cases, gather feedback, and iterate on product direction.
- Represent product capabilities to customers, analysts, and industry groups.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and support sales with competitive positioning and technical guidance.
