Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management, systems architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Strong background in GPU computing, embedded systems, real-time systems, or high-performance computing platforms.
- Experience working in safety-critical or regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, automotive, or similar domains.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering product strategy and roadmaps for complex technical platforms.
- Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear product direction and business value.
- Experience collaborating across engineering, sales, customers, and executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with GPU scheduling, virtualization, or distributed compute architectures.
- Experience with platform ecosystems, developer tooling, or partner integrations.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment skills in complex environments.
- Ability to travel up to 20% as required for customer and partner engagement.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for AI and GPU-enabled capabilities across CoreSuite and the MOSA.ic AI platform.
- Translate customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights into clear product strategy and prioritized initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, architecture, sales, and partner ecosystems.
- Define product requirements, use cases, and success criteria for AI and GPU-driven platform capabilities.
- Oversee execution of roadmap initiatives, ensuring engineering teams receive clear direction and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Engage directly with customers and partners to understand deployment challenges, validate solutions, and gather feedback.
- Support product demonstrations, strategic pursuits, and customer escalations as a subject matter expert in AI/GPU platforms.
- Shape ecosystem strategy including developer tools, integrations, and partner enablement across the platform.
- Influence architectural decisions across CPU, GPU, and NPU-based AI workloads in mission-critical environments.
