Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with technically complex platforms, ideally in enterprise SaaS.
- Deep fluency in AI/ML concepts such as agent/sub-agent architectures, orchestration, tool use, and prompt engineering.
- Experience building or managing evaluation and quality infrastructure for AI/ML systems.
- Familiarity with data and ML platforms like Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow).
- Experience with responsible AI frameworks, including governance policy, access controls, and audit logging.
- Proven track record of shipping enterprise software from inception to launch.
- Ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of technical tradeoffs and ability to analyze traces and evaluation runs.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive strategy for model serving, LLM gateway, and agent orchestration infrastructure.
- Bridge platform and product teams to ensure consistent delivery of governed AI-powered features.
- Map agent activity to consumption-based AI credits and provide usage visibility to admins.
- Implement pre-deployment evaluation gates, production tracing, monitoring, and regression detection.
- Establish AI governance including output-quality guardrails, data classification, and audit logging.
- Define administrative controls for AI feature access and enterprise compliance.
