Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, account executive, business development, or partnerships.
- Professional background in real estate, hospitality, proptech, or marketplace environments.
- Proven experience running full-cycle sales processes from qualification to close.
- Strong ability to assess lead quality and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable managing multiple conversations and deals in parallel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management discipline.
- Self-starter capable of working in fast-moving, evolving environments.
- Experience with Apollo or similar outbound sequencing tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with Front or shared inbox platforms is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
Responsibilities
- Review inbound partner applications and qualify potential supply partners based on portfolio size and operational fit.
- Execute full-cycle sales, including conducting discovery calls and negotiating agreements.
- Manage and maintain a defined sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and organized inbox management for visibility.
- Collaborate with onboarding and growth teams to facilitate seamless partner activation.
