Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, account executive, business development, or partnerships.
  • Professional background in real estate, hospitality, proptech, or marketplace environments.
  • Proven experience running full-cycle sales processes from qualification to close.
  • Strong ability to assess lead quality and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable managing multiple conversations and deals in parallel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management discipline.
  • Self-starter capable of working in fast-moving, evolving environments.
  • Experience with Apollo or similar outbound sequencing tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Front or shared inbox platforms is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).

Responsibilities

  • Review inbound partner applications and qualify potential supply partners based on portfolio size and operational fit.
  • Execute full-cycle sales, including conducting discovery calls and negotiating agreements.
  • Manage and maintain a defined sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and organized inbox management for visibility.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and growth teams to facilitate seamless partner activation.
