Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or account management.
  • Proven ability to win new business and build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Technical curiosity and the ability to understand and engage with engineered solutions.
  • Experience working across European markets.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (specifically Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in marine, construction, engineering, or environmental sectors is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Europe.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to contract award.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, asset owners, and public-sector stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by proposing tailored, value-led solutions.
  • Represent Ecocoast at client meetings, site visits, industry events, and commercial discussions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to shape competitive, technically credible solutions.
  • Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline in Pipedrive for forecasting and reporting.
  • Monitor market activity, competitor movements, and upcoming projects to contribute to regional business plans.
