Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or account management.
- Proven ability to win new business and build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Technical curiosity and the ability to understand and engage with engineered solutions.
- Experience working across European markets.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (specifically Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in marine, construction, engineering, or environmental sectors is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Europe.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to contract award.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, asset owners, and public-sector stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by proposing tailored, value-led solutions.
- Represent Ecocoast at client meetings, site visits, industry events, and commercial discussions.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to shape competitive, technically credible solutions.
- Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline in Pipedrive for forecasting and reporting.
- Monitor market activity, competitor movements, and upcoming projects to contribute to regional business plans.
