Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of success
- Fluency in Croatian and English
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong skills in relationship building and prospecting
- Naturally curious with a desire to continually grow and develop
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable
- Experience within the beauty and wellness industry is a bonus
- Fluency in an additional language is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve sales targets
- Call key decision-makers using phone, email, and social touches to acquire new business
- Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demos
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with potential partners
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience
- Provide feedback about industry market trends
- Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads and document outcomes in the CRM
- Serve as the lead point of contact for partners on commercial activities
