Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Fluency in Croatian and English is required.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability as a hunter and relationship builder.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Naturally curious with a desire to continually grow and develop.
  • Experience within the beauty and wellness industry is considered a bonus.
  • Fluency in an additional language is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Call key decision-makers using phone, email, and social touches to secure new business.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services through demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial prospecting to deal close.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Provide feedback on industry market trends.
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads and document outcomes in the CRM.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for commercial partner activities.
