Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
- Fluency in Croatian and English is required.
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
- Proven ability as a hunter and relationship builder.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Naturally curious with a desire to continually grow and develop.
- Experience within the beauty and wellness industry is considered a bonus.
- Fluency in an additional language is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve sales targets.
- Call key decision-makers using phone, email, and social touches to secure new business.
- Present, promote, and sell products and services through demos to prospective and existing partners.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial prospecting to deal close.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Provide feedback on industry market trends.
- Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads and document outcomes in the CRM.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for commercial partner activities.
