Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Genuine interest in talent acquisition and people operations.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Comfortable using social media, especially LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-changing start-up environment.
- Open to feedback and able to build cooperative working relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and online communities.
- Review resumes and job applications to identify qualified talent.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in systems and prepare progress reports.
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Work closely with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and support impartial hiring.
- Perform administrative and business partnering activities.
