- Run company projects end-to-end: certifications, licenses and permits, international bank-account openings, corporate and administrative filings, and new-entity or new-market setups.
- Work with banks, licensing authorities, notaries, lawyers, agencies, and service providers to push projects to completion.
- Prepare and track KYC files and corporate documents to keep them organized, complete, and audit-ready.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and status updates while flagging risks early.
- Provide status reporting to the Operations Manager and CEO.
- Assist with broader business-assistant tasks as required.
