Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading iGaming brands in regulated markets.
- Proven track record of scaling a brand or business unit with full P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute long-term brand vision and commercial strategy.
- Experience leading and developing small, lean, high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting tools and KPIs.
- Functional and technical understanding of iGaming products.
- Willingness to work hands-on where needed.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute brand vision and commercial strategy to ensure profitability.
- Lead business development, marketing, PR, and advertising activities.
- Drive product research and innovation to maintain competitive market alignment.
- Manage day-to-day operations across player acquisition, retention, and casino management.
- Oversee relationships with 3rd party providers, including managing SLAs and deliverables.
- Ensure total business compliance with evolving market regulations.
- Maintain full P&L accountability and lead budgeting processes.
- Champion company culture and foster cross-team alignment and development.
