Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading iGaming brands in regulated markets.
  • Proven track record of scaling a brand or business unit with full P&L responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute long-term brand vision and commercial strategy.
  • Experience leading and developing small, lean, high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting tools and KPIs.
  • Functional and technical understanding of iGaming products.
  • Willingness to work hands-on where needed.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute brand vision and commercial strategy to ensure profitability.
  • Lead business development, marketing, PR, and advertising activities.
  • Drive product research and innovation to maintain competitive market alignment.
  • Manage day-to-day operations across player acquisition, retention, and casino management.
  • Oversee relationships with 3rd party providers, including managing SLAs and deliverables.
  • Ensure total business compliance with evolving market regulations.
  • Maintain full P&L accountability and lead budgeting processes.
  • Champion company culture and foster cross-team alignment and development.
