Job Details

3+ years (5+ preferred) in business development, site selection, supply, capacity, or account management within data centers, colocation, powered land, or cloud infrastructure.
Proven track record of building and owning long-term commercial relationships.
Experience qualifying capacity or deals across power, colocation space, capital readiness, zoning and regulatory, pricing, and timeline.
Comfort operating in a new, fast-moving function and building processes from scratch.
Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with suppliers and visit sites.
Direct experience on the colocation and/or powered land side of the market is a plus.
Project finance or project development experience involving colocation facilities, data centers, or GPU cluster deployments is a plus.
Familiarity with power generation, transmission, or utility infrastructure is a plus.

Source new colocation and powered land capacity from small and mid-tier data center operators, developers, and neo-clouds.
Qualify opportunities based on power quota, colocation space, capital readiness, zoning, regulatory status, pricing, and timeline.
Assist operators in clearing barriers to scale, such as power, space, or capital constraints, by solving issues or connecting them with partners.
Manage recurring touchpoints with the supplier base to track capacity and plan for customer needs.
Act as a primary contact for operators regarding capacity expansion.
Collaborate with the supply lead and sales team to support demand-side conversations when expertise helps close deals.
