Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
- Proven experience in the Data Center/Critical Power business development sector.
- Focus on strategic data center growth within North America.
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams, executive management, and external clients.
- Understanding of key financial metrics including P&L, balance sheets, and ROI indicators.
- Mastery of functional sales knowledge and the ability to link customer needs with organizational capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Qualify new customers and generate new business in the data center and critical power market.
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve pipeline and booking targets.
- Utilize market intelligence to create proactive solutions that address customer needs and drive growth.
- Collaborate with Regional VPs and the Business Development team to devise and promote sales propositions.
- Lead contract negotiation, quoting, and the approval process for new business deals.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to position the company for long-term growth.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and execution teams to ensure alignment on customer expectations and contractual obligations.
