Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA desirable).
  • 7+ years of sales experience within the oil and gas or chemical industry.
  • Technical knowledge of gas processing technologies, specifically amine systems and H2S removal.
  • Experience in consultative, technical selling and value-based pricing strategies.
  • Understanding of the midstream oil and gas processing market and value chain.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline and data management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders and intermediaries.
  • Experience with activated carbon for gas purification is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the business development pipeline to generate target revenue, volume, and margins.
  • Develop volume and revenue forecasts, account plans, and customer value propositions.
  • Build a shared understanding of differentiated value and portfolio profitability.
  • Negotiate complex sales opportunities and educate customers on product features and benefits.
  • Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitive activity.
  • Coordinate with engineering firms, distributors, and other sales intermediaries.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data using Salesforce.
