Requirements
- Proven experience as an account manager in a B2B environment.
- Deep understanding of the freight and logistics industry.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of developing profitable customer relationships.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting or similar CRM tools.
- Experience in team leadership, including performance management and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Manage churn quotas and proactively handle at-risk accounts using territory data.
- Oversee onboarding for new fleets of 10+ trucks and develop reactivation strategies for churned accounts.
- Achieve growth targets for ancillary services including DAT IQ, Outgo, and TMS integrations.
- Maintain detailed territory and account intelligence for top 100 fleet accounts.
- Collect and synthesize customer feedback to inform product management and marketing decisions.
- Hire, mentor, and lead a team of Carrier Success Representatives through 1:1s and team meetings.
- Align team processes and training with broader Sales, Product, and Support initiatives.
