Requirements

  • Proven experience as an account manager in a B2B environment.
  • Deep understanding of the freight and logistics industry.
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of developing profitable customer relationships.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting or similar CRM tools.
  • Experience in team leadership, including performance management and mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Manage churn quotas and proactively handle at-risk accounts using territory data.
  • Oversee onboarding for new fleets of 10+ trucks and develop reactivation strategies for churned accounts.
  • Achieve growth targets for ancillary services including DAT IQ, Outgo, and TMS integrations.
  • Maintain detailed territory and account intelligence for top 100 fleet accounts.
  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback to inform product management and marketing decisions.
  • Hire, mentor, and lead a team of Carrier Success Representatives through 1:1s and team meetings.
  • Align team processes and training with broader Sales, Product, and Support initiatives.
