Requirements
- 4+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in B2B SaaS.
- 3+ years working with enterprise software, preferably in Healthcare or a regulated, compliance-sensitive industry.
- Demonstrated AI fluency with experience using AI tools for task efficiency, analysis, and research.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize competing initiatives.
- Experience consulting and communicating effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Background in digital marketing, advertising technology, or performance marketing.
- Ability to travel to customer sites and for internal meetings as required.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Healthcare customers, deeply understanding their business goals and operational challenges to drive engagement.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that maximize adoption, retention, and expansion across each account.
- Leverage data-driven insights and automation tools like Gainsight and Salesforce to deliver proactive, personalized customer engagement.
- Apply AI tools in daily workflows to analyze account health, identify risks, and streamline business reviews.
- Act as a strategic consultant, providing tailored solutions while ensuring compliance with healthcare data privacy (HIPAA/PHI).
- Lead customer training, enablement sessions, and business reviews through various communication channels.
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product development and innovation.
