Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations at a SaaS or high-growth company.
- Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, subscription/usage-based contracts, and revenue recognition (ASC 606/US GAAP).
- Experience managing CRM platforms and contract/e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign, Ironclad).
- Track record of improving systems and documentation around sales processes.
- Bonus: Experience with usage-based billing models.
- Bonus: Experience building out functions in early-stage (Series A/B) environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end deal lifecycle from quote creation to order form execution.
- Partner with Account Executives to structure deals, advising on pricing, discounts, and payment terms.
- Administer and optimize the GTM tech stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and CPQ implementation.
- Liaise between Sales, Legal, and Finance to shepherd non-standard terms and escalations.
- Drive process improvements such as building approval workflows and standardizing order templates.
