Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a technical recruiter.
  • Proven track record of hiring for Engineering, QA, and Product roles within SaaS or technology companies.
  • Proficiency in managing full-cycle recruitment, from intake to closing.
  • Expertise in proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, niche communities, and Boolean search.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, Lever).
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently and hit the ground running.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to partner with hiring leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering, QA, and product roles.
  • Conduct intake meetings to align with hiring managers on candidate profiles and requirements.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other channels.
  • Coordinate interviews, facilitate offer negotiations, and manage candidate closing processes.
  • Track hiring metrics and provide regular reporting on recruitment progress.
  • Partner with hiring managers and executives to calibrate searches and drive efficient hiring outcomes.
