Requirements
- Proven track record as an expert Engineering Recruiter in a product-led, SaaS organization.
- Significant experience in full-cycle technical hiring beyond engineering (e.g., Product Design, Product Management, IT, Security, QA, Data).
- Extensive experience owning end-to-end hiring for senior and staff-level technical roles.
- Ability to operate with autonomy and establish immediate credibility with technical leadership.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize recruitment workflows.
- Demonstrated capability in creating innovative sourcing strategies beyond traditional inbound and referral channels.
- Experience in a high-bar technical environment with a deep understanding of technical talent quality.
- Excellent long-form communication and documentation skills.
- Intellectual humility and a 'strong views, loosely held' approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to balance multiple concurrent searches while maintaining high quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical recruiting end-to-end for engineering and specialized roles including Product Design, Product Management, IT, Security, QA, and Data.
- Coach first-time hiring managers to build and refine recruitment processes.
- Perform deep market mapping and analysis to identify and reach top talent.
- Partner directly with founders and leadership to execute hiring strategies with limited guidance.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize workflows, improve hiring quality, and measure success.
- Develop and execute innovative, non-traditional sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines.
- Act as an internal product tester for Ashby platform features, providing feedback for product teams.
