Senior Project Manager

Independently assess complex client needs, architect comprehensive project plans, and maintain ultimate accountability for successful project delivery.
Work in tandem with the Client Success team, intentionally engaging CSMs regularly and including them on recurring client calls to position them as the primary relationship managers.
Collaborate with CSMs to ensure project delivery seamlessly transitions into long-term value creation and expected ROI for ClassWallet clients.
Successfully manage "projects within projects," balancing interconnected workstreams and navigating multi-layered dependencies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple third-party vendors and foster collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.
Maintain rigorous oversight of project timelines, resources, and deliverables using tools like Asana and MS Project.

Engineering at ClassWallet

You will build and optimize a cutting-edge financial technology platform handling billions in public funds. Our engineers solve complex problems in payments, compliance, and secure data management. We focus on scalability and security, navigating regulatory environments to deliver robust solutions. You will work with JavaScript/Python, Node.js, React.js, Next.js, and NestJS in a modern full-stack architecture. We utilize MS SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB for data, and AWS services like EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS. Our CI/CD pipelines use Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions. We also explore AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and build innovative features.
