Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in writing proposals.
  • Strong ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of government (RFI/RFQ/RFP) or complex-contract bids.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in software such as Google Suite, MS Word, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Publisher, or Adobe Photoshop.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Senior Technical Writer in drafting, editing, and proofreading proposal sections.
  • Contribute to developing compelling proposal narratives in response to solicitation requirements.
  • Support the creation of proposal outlines, templates, and other supporting documents.
  • Conduct research on government agencies, programs, and procurement processes.
  • Gather and organize information to support proposal development.
  • Format proposal sections according to client specifications and style guides.
  • Support finalizing and producing proposals for submission.
