Requirements

  • 3–6 years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related function within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in HubSpot, including custom objects, workflows, deal pipelines, and reporting.
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining GTM systems and dashboards to track performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales infrastructure, including BDR tooling, sequencing, and call tracking.
  • Proficiency in automation platforms like Make or Zapier and project management software like Monday.com.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Ability to think in systems and manage data infrastructure for cross-functional GTM alignment.
  • Experience operating within ambiguous environments and building processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the end-to-end HubSpot architecture, including custom objects, integrations, and attribution models.
  • Design and oversee the integrated GTM tech stack comprising HubSpot, Monday.com, and financial tools.
  • Build and enforce data standards to ensure pipeline transparency and generate recurring reporting on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish lead attribution policies, deal ownership rules, and commission tracking infrastructure.
  • Design and document cross-functional handoff processes between Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Identify and automate manual workflows to improve lead scoring, follow-up, and re-engagement triggers.
