Requirements

  • Significant hands-on experience managing and optimising Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of improving paid acquisition performance and contributing to measurable pipeline or revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with attribution, CRM, and funnel data.
  • Proficient with GA4 or similar analytics tools.
  • Experienced with HubSpot or equivalent CRM.
  • Comfortable using AI tools as part of day-to-day workflow.
  • Confident communicating performance and recommendations to non-marketing stakeholders.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads across multiple business units, owning campaign structure, targeting, bidding, creative testing, and ongoing performance improvement.
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels beyond Google and LinkedIn, designing structured experiments and making evidence-based recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, RevOps, Finance, and the CRO team to improve targeting, conversion, and attribution.
  • Brief creative partners and support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) activity.
  • Connect paid media activity to commercial outcomes, maintain clear account structures, and manage partner/agency relationships.
  • Utilize AI and automation to improve efficiency and share knowledge with the marketing team.
