Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Hands-on involvement in CRM products.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to frame problems and make trade-offs.
- Experience translating complex business, contractual, or operational needs into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and backlogs.
- Data-driven approach to decision making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
- Adaptability to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary product linkage between business stakeholders, the Salesforce team, and Product & Technology, ensuring business priorities are clearly understood.
- Support the definition, maintenance, and delivery of the CRM roadmap, addressing cross-team dependencies.
- Lead structured assessments of current business processes and contribute to the definition of future processes.
- Translate commercial, contractual, and operational needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Work closely with Salesforce Business Partners and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with process models.
- Support scalable CRM data foundations to enable reliable reporting and analytics.
- Drive change and adoption by promoting new ways of working and realizing value from the CRM platform.
- Communicate priorities, progress, and trade-offs to stakeholders through data-backed narratives.
