- Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Collect, evaluate, and translate customer feedback and internal requirements into clear tickets and specifications.
- Create mockups and user flows to visualize and conceptualize product ideas.
- Serve as the primary interface between the technical, support, and business teams.
- Conduct and analyze qualitative user interviews to ensure development meets customer needs.
