Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience owning complex user-facing domains end-to-end.
- Familiarity with document systems, structured content, and cross-format editing models (PDF, DOCX, Markdown).
- Direct experience shipping AI-powered product features.
- Skilled in rapid discovery and iteration using prototypes and experiments.
- Demonstrated AI fluency with strong judgment in productizing AI capabilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex systems and align cross-functional teams.
- Execution-oriented mindset balancing experimentation with delivery discipline.
- Comfortable partnering with technical teams on system design, APIs, and platform constraints.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact initiatives across document creation, authoring and collaboration experiences.
- Shape cohesive end-to-end document workflows, ensuring users can move naturally from drafting to completion.
- Integrate AI capabilities directly into document experiences — including authoring, refinement, structure, and automation.
- Define product direction for modern document systems, blending structured content, intelligent assistance, and collaborative workflows.
- Partner closely with design, engineering, AI platform, and core platform teams on APIs, integrations, and data models.
- Collaborate with other senior PMs to ensure consistent, connected journeys across PandaDoc.
- Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, customer feedback, and product telemetry.
- Shape the long-term direction of PandaDoc’s Document Domain.
