Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience.
- Senior level ownership of complex platforms or systems.
- Experience building products that serve multiple user types including authors, teachers, students, and admins.
- Deep understanding of content authoring tools, CMS platforms, and structured content systems.
- Strong systems thinking, with the ability to reason about data models, workflows, and downstream impacts.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and lead through collaboration.
- Comfort working hands-on with detailed requirements while maintaining a strategic perspective.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the product vision for content authoring and assessment tools.
- Partner with curriculum and assessment teams to translate instructional intent into scalable software capabilities.
- Formulate product strategy for content delivery to teachers, students, and administrators.
- Initiate and facilitate product direction for the CMS, including workflows, versioning, and publishing.
- Set clear product strategy and success metrics for authoring, delivery, and CMS capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product Design to ground decisions in user needs and evidence.
- Partner with Engineering to balance speed, quality, and long-term platform scalability.
