Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, strategy, business operations, technical program leadership, or portfolio operations.
- Proven experience working with senior executives and translating strategy into execution.
- Demonstrated ability to build operating cadences, portfolio management systems, and executive reporting.
- Strong product and business judgment for evaluating initiative value and tradeoffs.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Familiarity with AI strategy, product operations, and governance/risk/compliance (preferred).
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or regulated environments (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Chief AI Officer to translate enterprise AI priorities into an execution model.
- Maintain visibility into the AI initiative portfolio, including dependencies, risks, and expected outcomes.
- Design and run the operating cadence, including planning cycles, reviews, and executive updates.
- Drive follow-through on strategic initiatives by coordinating milestones and escalation paths.
- Partner with Finance, Product, and Engineering to define investment logic, sequencing, and resource tradeoffs.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including Security, Legal, and Privacy, to ensure alignment.
- Define and maintain reporting structures for initiative health and value realization.
- Support the Chief AI Officer on special projects and strategic analyses.
