Requirements
- Experience working on complex systems and with enterprise customers, navigating competing needs and constraints.
- 7+ years of product management experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading Product Managers.
- Proven track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, define problems, and lead teams in delivering new solutions from early stages to production.
- Experience managing strong PMs, setting direction while empowering ownership.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to balance speed, quality, and scale.
- Effective communication skills with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Product Managers working on complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers.
- Work closely with customers to find the right problem to solve and define success metrics before building.
- Operate in high ambiguity, shaping opportunities where requirements are not clearly defined.
- Drive the delivery of new solutions from early stages to production, making key product and trade-off decisions.
- Own a portfolio of solutions across one or more enterprise customers, setting priorities across multiple parallel engagements.
- Support PMs in day-to-day operations, including prioritization, making trade-offs, and unblocking them.
- Balance speed of execution with long-term quality, reuse, and product thinking.
- Identify patterns across solutions and push for reuse and productization in collaboration with the Platform team.
- Mentor and develop PMs, growing their product judgment and effectiveness.
