Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in high-growth or complex environments.
- 2+ years of experience leading and managing Product Managers.
- Proven experience working on complex systems and with enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate competing needs and constraints.
- Proven track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact.
- Ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments and define problems from scratch.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with engineering, AI, and GTM teams.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Product Managers working on complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers.
- Work closely with customers to find the right problem to solve and define success metrics before building.
- Operate in high ambiguity, shaping opportunities where requirements are not clearly defined.
- Drive the delivery of new solutions from early stages to production, making key product and trade-off decisions.
- Own a portfolio of solutions across one or more enterprise customers, setting priorities across multiple parallel engagements.
- Support PMs in day-to-day operations, helping them prioritize and unblock product implementations.
- Identify patterns across solutions to push for reuse and productization in collaboration with the Platform team.
- Mentor and develop PMs, growing their product judgment and effectiveness.
